2023 Aftercare Workshops
The Infinite Legacy Aftercare team will continue offering our workshops on a hybrid, virtual and in-person platform into 2023. Please check our listings below or follow Infinite Legacy on social media (linked at the bottom of this page) for information and updates on workshop offerings.

The Aftercare team strives to ensure that our donor and donor-in-spirit families, as well as the community at large, have access to grief resources and support. We offer educational and supportive grief workshops throughout the year, provide grief counseling and maintain a website with a variety of local grief resources. - Do you feel you would benefit from peer support?
- Are you comfortable hearing and sharing personal stories about loss?
If you answered "yes" to both of the above, then a workshop may be beneficial to you.
Please note that the workshops offered by Infinite Legacy are both educational and supportive in nature. While they provide a safe space for individuals to share certain experiences and feelings, if you are struggling with particularly difficult emotions and need help processing some of the more sensitive details of your loss, it is recommended that you schedule an individual counseling session prior to attending a workshop. Workshops held at the Infinite Legacy offices are handicap accessible.
Please arrive up to 15 minutes early for events to get checked in.

Yoga for Grievers

Self-care has become a hot topic in the past few years, but what does it look like in practice? Isn’t it just taking bubble baths and eating chocolate? Can self-care really help aid the difficult process of healing after losing someone you love? How?
Please join us for a virtual workshop exploring the healing benefits of yoga for those who have experienced a loss. We will gather via Zoom on Tuesday, July 18 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. to learn about yoga’s benefits as well as participate in a short, beginner-friendly yoga session.
