Infinite Legacy offers opportunities to fulfill service-learning hours for students and community members that:
- Foster creativity and empathy through projects connecting the community with those impacted by donation
- Provide insight into our organization's community outreach efforts
- Invite students to learn more about donation and transplantation
There are many ways we work with schools, students and the community through service-learning. The list below is just a sample of what we can offer.
- Write cards to children on the transplant waiting list
- Assist with outreach events to raise awareness and increase education on donation
- Paint Donate Life Rocks to use a symbol of hope and resiliency at events and in the community
- Attend Infinite Legacy events to learn more about the organization and the work we do
- Help with administrative tasks in our office
- Make sympathy cards for families who have lost a loved one who made the ultimate gift of being a donor
- Create a capstone project working with a department of the organization
- And more!
