Director, Hospital Services

Emily has worked in the organ donation and transplantation field for nearly a decade. In May 2024, Emily joined Infinite Legacy with the goal of creating a growth-minded culture, driving engagement and supporting a high-performing team that magnifies their impact on the community and hospitals they serve. Her focus is to create systems and processes that support hospitals and donor families at key inflection moments to create opportunities that transform experiences of grief and loss into hope and healing.

Prior to joining Infinite Legacy, Emily was the Manager of Donation Strategy and Hospital Services at New England Donor Services (NEDS). In this role, Emily standardized practices for the hospital services team while building a team culture of excellence and collaboration. Before that, she served as the In-House Coordinator at Yale where she created standards of best practice and embedded donation protocols.

Emily got her start at NEDS as a Donation Coordinator evaluating donor potential, optimizing organ function, facilitating discussions and navigating obstacles to the donation process. During this time, she had the privilege of working on several groundbreaking cases and initiatives, including the first HOPE Act case.

Emily earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Western Connecticut State University and began her career as a critical care and cardiothoracic nurse.
