Director, Organ Recovery
Natalie began her career in the donation and transplantation industry in 2009 after her family was personally touched by donation. Natalie got her start as a clinical recovery associate and during the past 14 years, has taken on several management roles and currently leads the organ recovery team at Infinite Legacy.
Prior to her current role, Natalie had direct oversight and management for the organ recovery, tissue recovery, staff education, research and living donation aspects of the organization. She has devoted significant time and effort building relationships with hospital partners and vendors through the years to ensure we fulfill our lifesaving mission.
Natalie is a dedicated team leader who is passionate about empowering and mentoring clinical staff at Infinite Legacy to achieve success on the job and prepare for an upward career track within the organization.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Health Sciences degree in Clinical Practice Management from George Washington University.
