When Josh and Joanna Billigmeier adopted their daughter, Paisley, they didn't know how much time they'd have with her.

"The Decision Project," an initiative started by The Living Legacy Foundation of Maryland in 2016, was officially trademarked through the US Patent and Trademark Office, which allows the project to continue its mission of fighting health inequity in the community.
