The Elliot household in picturesque Williamsburg, Va can only be described as patriotic, proud and warm. Filled with Kyle’s brothers and the new family dog, Bo, a chocolate lab, one can’t help but feel a sense of loving camaraderie and a devotion to family. Kyle, a graduate of Jamestown High School and a freshman at Virginia Military Institute was only 19 when he passed in November 2012 and became a tissue donor. Remembered through both smiles and tears, the large gathering of family and friends reflect on Kyle’s love of excitement, fun and mischievous nature, his athletic accomplishments and dedication to friends and family. All the brothers love and play lacrosse with Liam, 10, wearing Kyle’s number this year in remembrance. Although there is a sadness in their stories, it is unmistakable the happiness and positivity Kyle brought to every life he touched. Pam, Kyle’s mother, wishes to continue doing positive things throughout the community to help Kyle’s name live on.
