Why Should I Join an Infinite Legacy Grief Workshop?

Infinite Legacy provides grief workshops and educational resources to our donor families. If your loved one was an organ, eye, tissue or in-spirit donor, we encourage you to attend a workshop to:

- Receive peer support
- Connect with others going through the same journey
- Hear personal stories about grief and loss
- Learn more about writing to transplant recipients
- Meet our family services and aftercare teams

Our workshops are designed to be educational and supportive. They are a safe space for individuals to share their experiences and feelings. Please reach out to our Aftercare Team to discuss the best grief resources and workshops for you.

Yoga for Grievers
Please join our virtual session on gentle yoga to help process grief and explore its healing benefits.
Join us on Tuesday, February 17, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. via Zoom for a special workshop combining yoga and grief support. Explore how gentle, beginner-friendly yoga can help process the emotions of loss and discuss the practice’s healing benefits. This virtual session offers a supportive space for anyone navigating the journey of grief.
