Donate Life Family Fun Run
Join Infinite Legacy’s Donate Life Family Fun Run
For 17 years, the Donate Life Family Fun Run has brought together donor families and friends, transplant recipients, waitlist candidates, living donors, hospital partners, and supporters of our mission as a community to celebrate the power of donation. In 2025, this annual 5K and 1K run/walk engaged over 1800 community members, 13 corporate sponsors, and raised over $80,000 to support our lifesaving mission. Rain or shine, let’s all come together and walk or run in support of our Donate Life community in
Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington, DC.
Our 18th annual event will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at the Camden Yards Sports Complex in downtown Baltimore.

What Participants Have to Say
“I love that the Family Fun Run brings donor families, recipients and recipient families together for a common cause. These groups and individuals walk/run side-by-side, in honor of life, love and legacies, and it’s beautiful. I personally walk for my loved one, and I can only hope that her legacies of life are walking right beside me.”
- Kelly Adams
“I walk for my dad and brother. They were both blessed with a second chance through the gift of donation.”
- Chris Ashenfelter
“I love the absolute joy that is found at the run. At the morning registration table, the dancing warm-ups, and the buzz at the starting line... joy is found in the large groups that come together to honor a hero (donor) and the small family that walks because their mother has a new kidney. All because every day there are selfless people and selfless families that choose life for others!” – Amber Fortman
