Susan wrote a beautiful letter to Jeremy’s family thanking them for the gift their son had given to her and her family. Susan promised to take the best of care of Jeremy’s heart and honor him always. In her letter, Susan shared how her son, Matthew had started a Fun Run team, Team Braveheart, in honor of Jeremy. She welcomed Jeremy’s family to walk with her and Team Braveheart. What Susan didn’t know is that Jeremy’s family had a Fun Run team as well; PB&J, So Proud of Our Boy Jeremy. Denise responded to Susan’s letter and shared her joy in having heard from Susan and to know she was doing well. She shared about Team PB&J and expressed an interest in meeting the day of the Fun Run and walking together with Team Braveheart.
